Create Your Account

Signing up is quick and secure. Once you register, you'll receive your personal warehouse ID and a unique delivery address in our facility in Siemianowice ลšlฤ…skie, Poland.

Report an Incoming Delivery

Before your supplier ships an order to your Supersender address, submit a short delivery form in your account. This helps us prepare space, track the parcel, and confirm arrival faster.

You'll enter:

  • Supplier name
  • Product description (required)
  • Order number and estimated delivery date (optional)

Once the goods arrive, our warehouse staff will:

  • confirm receipt,
  • measure and document the shipment (including photos),
  • and mark it as "Received" in your dashboard.

Storage & Management

When your shipment is received, it's added to your personal storage list. You'll see real-time information about:

  • occupied volume (in CBM),
  • total space used vs. your plan,
  • photo documentation,
  • and item details.

If you exceed your included space, the system automatically calculates over-limit storage at โ‚ฌ20/CBM per month.

From your dashboard, select which deliveries you'd like to ship. Our team will:

  • Pack them securely on pallets (or boxes).
  • Measure and weigh the shipment.
  • Upload photos before and after packing.

Once ready, you'll see:

  • and a transport price calculated automatically.

Transport & Delivery

If you accept Supersender transport:

  • We handle the booking and insured delivery to your chosen address.
  • All costs are transparent and confirmed before loading.
  • You'll receive updates and a confirmation once goods leave the warehouse.

If you prefer your own courier:

  • You'll have all shipment data (dimensions, weight, photos) ready for your carrier.
  • Pickups must be arranged within warehouse hours (Monโ€”Fri, 8:00โ€”16:00).

Subscription & Billing

Supersender works on a monthly subscription model that includes your storage space and standard number of deliveries and dispatches. Additional services (over-limit storage, extra deliveries, etc.) are charged automatically at month-end.

Payments are:

  • Subscriptions โ†’ paid monthly in advance
  • Additional services โ†’ billed monthly
  • Transport (if we organize it) โ†’ paid before loading

Once payment is received, you'll get a consolidated invoice via email.
